Well, I completely failed to participate in the blog challenge this weekend, since spending time with the parents and boyfriend took precedence. Oh well, maybe the next one will fall on a weekend where I have absolutely nothing going on?
What did you recently finish reading?
Despite the fact that I had three books already going, my mum bought me Fair Game which I had on my wishlist previously and I buzzed through it in a couple of days. I couldn’t help it! I just love Patricia Briggs’ werewolf world so much! Review will be typed soon hopefully, but probably won’t get to the top of the reviews pile for a few weeks, unless anyone has strong opinions on it ;-).
What are you currently reading?
Ah! I’m a horrible person, instead of finishing any of the books I was reading last week, I made a few chapters progress on each and added another book to the reading pile. I couldn’t help it! My parents ordered Games of Thrones first season DVDs and my boyfriend and I watched them all weekend and I was finally convinced that this world is too rich and the story too compelling not to get the full impact by reading all the books. A Game of Thrones is now going to be on the top of my pile though because I’m borrowing it from someone so I need to finish before I leave for grad school!
What do you think you’ll read next?
Welp, this is probably not accurate since I grabbed two that weren’t on this list this past week…. But this is what’s on my to-read shelf currently!
